Community Guidelines

Version 1 ยท Effective 16 October 2026

These guidelines apply to Twinkles, published on Google Play and operated by Shipline Solutions.

Keep people safe

Twinkles is for adults only. Do not involve a child in any interaction. We do not allow nudity, sexual content, sexual solicitation or arrangements for sexual services, including in profiles, chats and calls. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate anyone, share illegal or infringing content, or scam, collude with or defraud others. Do not record another person's call without permission. Do not exchange phone numbers, handles or other contact details to move paid interactions off Twinkles. Stars must not ask Wishers to pay them off-app. See the Child Safety Standards for child-safety reporting.

Block and report

Use the safety controls on a person's profile, in a conversation or after a call to Block that person or Report an interaction. Choose the reason shown in the app and add relevant details; reports go to a review queue, not directly to an automatic strike. Blocking prevents contact between the pair and ends a live call between them; already charged minutes are not reversed. For an urgent issue, contact the Grievance Officer or appropriate authorities.

What happens next

Confirmed violations may lead to a warning, a temporary restriction or a ban; a device may also be blocked to prevent repeated abuse. We may retain evidence and respond to lawful requests. You can challenge an action through our Grievance Officer, Abishek Reddy (grievance@twinkles.live, see Contact & Grievance), then use the applicable GAC appeal route. A report alone is not proof of wrongdoing.
